The AI runs in your plant. Not in the cloud.
CONDInet captures vibration and process data and evaluates it entirely within your own network. The AI analysis runs on premises as well. No connection outside the plant is required for operation.
- No cloud connection and no internet access needed
- Measurement and machine data never leave the plant network
- Runs on edge devices and servers under Linux or Windows
Remote access via LTE/5G and VPN is available as an option, but not a requirement.
CONDInet from a single source
What is it?
CONDInet is a hardware and software solution from AVIBIA for AI-supported condition monitoring of rotating machinery. It captures vibration and process data, evaluates it locally, and detects changes in motors, pumps, or fans before they turn into damage and downtime. CONDInet can be retrofitted to existing systems or built up from the sensor.
Why does it matter?
Rigid maintenance intervals lead either to parts replaced too early or to unplanned failures. CONDInet makes maintenance plannable: the AI learns the normal condition of each machine and adapts its tolerance bands to the operating point. This reduces false alarms and replaces gut feeling with reliable data, even when experienced specialists are scarce.
Your advantage with IOTECH
As an AVIBIA Platinum Partner and certified integrator, we implement CONDInet with engineers certified on the software by the manufacturer. Alongside the product, you book the engineer with us: we configure CONDInet to suit your plant, commission it, and support you with later adjustments.
Our CONDInet services
From the first conversation to ongoing operation, delivered by manufacturer-certified engineers.
Configuration
We set up CONDInet to suit your machines: measurement points, characteristic values, tolerance bands, and alarms.
Integration into your systems
Connection to the DCS, SCADA, or an existing CMS via OPC UA, Modbus, or SFTP, without data ever leaving the plant network.
Commissioning
We commission hardware and software on site and accompany the AI learning phase until monitoring works reliably.
Support and adjustments
New machines, changed operating points, additional measurement points: we adapt CONDInet and remain your contact during operation.
What CONDInet monitors
In every industry, on every rotating machine.
Motors and drives
Detect bearing damage, imbalance, and misalignment on electric drives early.
Pumps and compressors
Bearings, coupling, and hydraulic behavior in view, correlated with process data such as pressure and speed.
Turbines and generators
Monitor critical high-speed machines continuously instead of during inspection rounds.
Fans and ventilators
Detect imbalance, bearing wear, and lubrication issues before a failure occurs.
How CONDInet is built
From entry level to AI: CONDInet can be deployed as a complete solution or as a single module, new, as an extension, or as a replacement for an existing system.
